  • As a dedicated Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist certified through NASM, I bring five years of experience and a deep passion for empowering clients to achieve their fitness goals safely and effectively.

    My journey into fitness and wellness began during my time as a competitive athlete and softball player. Through personal experiences with injuries, including a herniated disc, and hyper-mobility related issues, I developed a profound understanding of the importance of proper form and technique in exercise. These experiences have driven me to specialize in functional training and corrective exercise, with a focus on helping clients move with optimal form to prevent pain and injury, while achieving their fitness goals in a sustainable way.

    At TAM, I am committed to sharing my knowledge and expertise to help individuals discover the incredible benefits of exercise while prioritizing spinal health and overall well-being. I also have extensive experience with assisted PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) stretching, and I love to incorporate it into my sessions to help clients improve flexibility and enhance their overall performance.

  • I have been an exercise and nutrition advocate for over a decade, recently transitioning from a full-time corporate career to a full-time personal training career with a NASM Personal Training certificate. My background and corporate experience have given me a deep understanding of the effects of a sedentary job structure, poor ergonomics, burnout, and hormonal imbalances. Through this experience, I have worked for many years to avoid and reverse these negative impacts on my health and have found a passion in helping others do the same.

    In addition to my NASM PT certification, I am a menstrual cycle educator, certified in Menstrual Cycle Health, Fitness & Nutrition Coaching. This additional expertise allows me to integrate menstrual cycle awareness into lifestyle, fitness, and nutrition plans, empowering individuals to align their health goals with their natural biological rhythms.

1-2 Group Personal Training $120 each

1-3 Group Personal Training $100 each

10 session packages are offered to clients who come on average 2 or more times per week.
